Formiga P 110 Velocis
The Established Entry-
for High-Performance Additive Manufacturing
Build rate of 1.2 l/h with a packing density of 5%
Series production of small to medium-sized components
Full Cost Control
The only running costs are the material and electricity you use. This results in low operating costs that are easy to calculate. Auxiliary materials such as binding agents are not required.
The established industrial 3D printer has set new standards on the market thanks to its high reliability and reproducible part properties.
Quick & Easy
The machine is low-maintenance and requires very few accessories. Parts are application-ready immediately after unpacking and blasting. No post-processing steps are required.

As the founder of my own company, EOS technology has given me a way to make my ideas happen. I was able to successfully develop my own highly customized product for the luxury market segment very quickly from concept to series production and market maturity.
We chose the FORMIGA because we needed a flexible system that allowed us to individually adjust the laser power and the speed and temperature of the powder bed.
Working with the FORMIGA allows us to deliver high-quality products to our customers very quickly. As a result, we were able to successfully expand our business model.
Polymer Materials for the FORMIGA P 110 Velocis
EOS has extremely high materials expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of highly developed polymer materials for additive manufacturing. Our materials, systems and process parameters fit together optimally. With the right materials, you can realize the target property profiles in the best possible way for your products.
Alumide is a metallic grey, aluminium-filled polyamide 12 powder, which is characterized by its high stiffness, metallic appearance and good post-processing possibilities.
The white, light-transmissive, additively manufactured parts are characterized by high impact resistance and elongation at break.
PA 1102 black
PA 1102 black is a mass-colored black polyamide 11 powder, which is optimized for the use as a laser sintering material.
The property profile of durable parts made from PA 2200 is very balanced: such parts are characterized by strength, rigidity and good chemical resistance. They are also biocompatible and certified for contact with foodstuffs.
Parts made from untreated polyamide 12 powder are also white but appear slightly more transparent. This material is approved for contact with foodstuffs (FDA, 21 CFR).
PA 3200 GF
Parts made from this white polyamide 12 powder filled with glass beads are impressive due to their high rigidity and good elongation at break. They are also especially resistant to wear and thermally resilient.
EOS TPU 1301
The parts made from this white material are extremely hydrolysis-resistant, with high resilience and good tribological properties.
PrimeCast 101, a grey powder on polystyrene basis, is suited especially for investment casting due to its excellent dimensional accuracy and its low melting point.
Material Management Plastic Materials
Improve workflow, reduce costs: EOS solutions for material management enable flexible and efficient conveying and screening of plastics.
Modular Unpacking and Sieving Station
The modular Unpacking and Sieving Station combines the tasks unpacking, sieving and used powder-conveying into one piece of modular periphery.
