EOS P 810

EOS P 810

The 3D Printing System for
the Series Production
of Demanding
Composite parts

This is custom heading element

Build rate of 2.7 l/h with a packing density of 5%

Processing of polyetherketoneketone (PEKK) filled with carbon fiber

Parts meet the FAR 25.853 and EN 45545 standards

Part Quality

The additively manufactured parts have excellent strength with low weight and are able to withstand high temperatures. EOSAME guarantees excellent part mechanics throughout the entire build volume. This feature homogenizes the energy input per volume element.

Industry Standard

The material HT-23 is filled with carbon fiber and is inherently flame-retardant and UV-resistant. It meets the standards of the aerospace (FAR 25.853) and mobility (EN 45545) industries and is also suitable for series production applications in the electrics and electronics sector.

Productivity

The improved layering speed, rapid digital scanner, and powerful laser significantly reduce the build time and increase the productivity.

Example Applications

3D-Printed Parts From EOS P 810

OEMs in the aerospace sector can take advantage of this solution to manufacture composite parts that previously required manual production by laminating carbon fiber fabrics, reducing the time need for production and reducing the overall unit costs. Aluminum parts can also be replaced without compromising on the part properties demanded by a given application.

Polymer Materials for the EOS P 810

EOS has exceptional materials expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of highly developed polymer materials for additive manufacturing. Our materials, systems and process parameters fit together optimally. With the right materials, you can find the property profiles that best fit your products.

HT-23

The HT-23 is based on a PEKK resin with 23% Carbon Fiber compounded in and ground to a fine powder. The carbon fibers are encapsulated in the resin, and due to this, you get a “random” orientation of fibers in the part bed.

Material Management Plastic Materials

Improve workflow, reduce costs: EOS solutions for material management enable flexible and efficient conveying and screening of plastics.

IPCM P plus

Additive manufacturing in an easy and efficient way to transport and process large quantities of plastic material quickly and safely. The fully automatic solution ensures consistently high material quality and operates a large number of systems.

Software

EOS offers tried-and-tested software solutions for all process steps in additive manufacturing – from the preparation of CAD design data and job preparation to quality control.
