Polymer Materials for the EOS P 770

EOS has exceptional materials expertise and a comprehensive portfolio of highly developed plastic and polymer materials for additive manufacturing. All materials, systems and process parameters fit together optimally. This allows you to realize the desired property profiles in the best possible way for your products.

Alumide®

Alumide is a metallic grey, aluminium-filled polyamide 12 powder, which is characterized by its high stiffness, metallic appearance and good post-processing possibilities.

PA 1101

The white, light-transmissive, additively manufactured parts are characterized by high impact resistance and elongation at break.

PA 1102 black

PA 1102 black is a mass-colored black polyamide 11 powder, which is optimized for the use as a laser sintering materia

PA 2200

The property profile of durable parts made from PA 2200 is very balanced: such parts are characterized by strength, rigidity and good chemical resistance. They are also biocompatible and certified for contact with foodstuffs.

PA 2201

Parts made from untreated polyamide 12 powder are also white but appear slightly more transparent. This material is approved for contact with foodstuffs (FDA, 21 CFR).

PA 3200 GF

Parts made from this white polyamide 12 powder filled with glass beads are impressive due to their high rigidity and good elongation at break. They are also especially resistant to wear and thermally resilient.

PrimeCast® 101

PrimeCast 101, a grey powder on polystyrene basis, is suited especially for investment casting due to its excellent dimensional accuracy and its low melting point.

PrimePart FR (PA 2241 FR)

This polyamide-12-based material is white and contains a halogen flame retardant. Thanks to its good refreshability, it is very cost-efficient compared to other flame-retardant materials.

EOS TPU 1301

The parts made from this white material are extremely hydrolysis-resistant, with high resilience and good tribological properties.
